I am Dr. Meredith Perny. As your physical therapist my goals are to provide you with superior care through one-on-one treatment sessions with me (without the use of aides or assistants); to work collaboratively with you, your doctor, and other healthcare providers to improve your results; and to provide compassionate and evidence-based treatment.
It is my belief that your outcome can be improved through a caring and holistic approach to your problem. This can be accomplished through one-on-one treatment sessions and collaboration with other healthcare providers when necessary.
After a thorough evaluation of your injury you will be provided with appropriate treatment specific to your needs. Additionally, you will be educated about your injury and provided with a home exercise program in order to maximize the effectiveness of time spent in therapy while minimizing healthcare costs.
Balance Physical Therapy is an out of network, fee-for-service provider*. By not participating and/or contracting with insurance carriers we are able to keep all treatments one-on-one without time or quality limits created by insurance company restrictions. Additionally, by avoiding the overhead fees associated with the billing process required by insurance companies, Balance Physical Therapy is able to charge reasonable rates and provide one-on-one care for all patients, even those who have exhausted their insurance benefits. We also have the flexibility to assist patients in financial need.
*Balance Physical Therapy is contracted with Medicare and we will gladly bill Medicare for any patients who receive Medicare part B benefits.
